FAQ 01AWill colors stay true to the product?
Yes. Color correction removes the yellow cast of room lighting and balances white, but the fabric, metal or finish keeps its real color. If a photo was shot in very mixed light, the editor flags it so you can check it against the product before you publish.
FAQ 02AAre AI models real people?
No. Every model is generated. No real person’s face or body is used, and you cannot upload a person’s photo to turn them into a model. You pick body type, skin tone, age range and pose, and the garment is fitted onto that synthetic model.
FAQ 03ACan I use the images commercially?
Yes. You own the images you create, on every plan including the free trial. Use them on marketplaces, your own store, ads, catalogs and print.
FAQ 04AWhich marketplaces are supported?
Export presets cover Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Instagram, Reels and WhatsApp Catalog. You can also save your own size, margin and background rules.
FAQ 05AHow many photos can I edit at once?
Up to 300 photos in one batch on the A4 plan and up to 2,000 on Poster. The 4×6 plan handles batches of 25. Every photo in a batch gets the same background, light and crop.
FAQ 06ACan I keep my own background style?
Yes. Save a backdrop color, shadow strength, light direction and crop as a Brand Look and apply it to every new upload, so this season’s catalog matches last season’s.
FAQ 07AWhat happens if an edit is not right?
Regenerate it. Redos on the same photo do not use another credit, so you only pay for images you keep.
FAQ 08ADo you use my photos to train AI?
No. Uploaded photos are private to your account and are never used to train models for other customers.
