01 Using the studio

These terms apply when you create an account or use the studio, including the free trial. By signing up you confirm that you can enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe. Team owners are responsible for the members they invite.

02 Your uploads

You keep all rights to the photos and notes you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the edits, exports and drafts you request.

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of real people for the purpose of creating models, or images that infringe someone else’s trademark, copyright or privacy.

03 Your outputs and commercial use

Images, videos, size packs and listing drafts created from your uploads belong to you. You may use them commercially on marketplaces, your own store, social media, ads, catalogs and print, on every plan including the trial.

Listing drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for checking that titles, bullets and descriptions are accurate before you publish them, including fabric, material, size and care claims.

04 Accurate product representation

The studio is built to present products as they are. Automatic edits do not change a product’s color, add features it does not have or remove defects. You agree not to use the studio to misrepresent a product to buyers or to breach a marketplace’s listing rules.

05 Acceptable use

You may not use the studio to:

• Create images of real, identifiable people without their consent.
• Produce sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content.
• List counterfeit goods or imitate another brand’s products or packaging.
• Resell, reverse engineer or overload the service, or access it by automated means outside the API.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

06 Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Credits are added at the start of each billing period. Unused credits expire at the end of the period unless your plan includes rollover. Top-up credits do not expire while a paid plan is active.

A redo of the same photo does not use a credit. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be billed in local currency with applicable taxes.

Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy.

07 Service availability

We work to keep the studio available and fast, but there may be planned maintenance or occasional interruptions. Rendering times shown on the website are typical averages and can vary with photo size and demand.

08 Liability

The studio is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or listing delays, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

09 Ending your account

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After closing, your library stays available to download for 30 days.

10 Changes to these terms

We will email account holders before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continuing to use the studio after that date means you accept the updated terms.
