01 What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run your studio account and deliver your images:

• Account details: your name, work email, brand or store name, what you sell and where you sell it.
• Uploads: the product photos, reference images and notes you add to the studio.
• Outputs: edited images, model shots, videos, size packs and listing drafts created from your uploads.
• Usage data: credits used, features opened, export history, device type and browser, used to keep the service working and to fix problems.
• Billing details: plan, invoices and tax information. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

02 How your photos are used

Your uploads and outputs are private to your account and the team members you invite. They are processed only to produce the edits you request.

We do not use your photos, outputs or listing text to train AI models for other customers. We do not sell, rent or publish your images.

Our staff may view a specific photo only when you ask for help with it or when it is needed to investigate abuse of the service.

03 AI models and likeness

Models shown in AI Model Shots are generated and do not depict real people. The studio does not accept uploads intended to recreate a real person as a model, and we do not build face or body profiles of individuals from your photos.

If a reference image contains people, they are ignored when reading light, backdrop and crop.

04 Storage and retention

Photos and outputs are stored in encrypted cloud storage while your account is active. You can delete any photo, batch or Brand Look at any time and it is removed from active storage straight away and from backups within 30 days.

If you close your account, your library is kept for 30 days so you can download it, then permanently deleted. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

05 Sharing with service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the studio: cloud hosting and storage, GPU processing, email delivery and payment processing. They process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality and security terms.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of users and the integrity of the service.

06 Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms from spam and remember settings. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

07 Your choices and rights

You can view, correct, export or delete your account details and images from your account settings. You can also ask us to confirm what data we hold, correct it or erase it, and to stop sending you product emails. Service emails such as login details and invoices are always sent.

08 Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it, protected by multi-factor sign-in and logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users promptly if a breach affects their data.

09 Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how photos or account data are handled, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
